Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, tech communities, etc.) to identify and engage potential technical candidates.
  • Job Postings & Descriptions: Collaborate with hiring managers to craft accurate and compelling job descriptions for open technical roles.
  • Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Use appropriate assessment tools to evaluate technical competencies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics. Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and market trends.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with passive candidates, ensuring a steady pipeline of talent for future hiring needs.
  • Employer Branding: Represent Centro at networking events, career fairs, and conferences. Contribute to building and promoting our employer brand in the tech space.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring compliance with hiring practices and reporting metrics.
  • Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor hiring strategies to continually improve the recruitment process

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within the [software engineering, IT, or related tech fields] industry.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of technical roles and skills in the software development, engineering, and IT domains.
  • Proven ability to source, assess, and hire top talent through diverse channels (job boards, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple job openings simultaneously.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
