- Currently responsible for new business development
We're looking for an experienced agency recruiter who enjoys building relationships, developing business, and working within a specialist market. If you're currently running a 360 desk and want to grow it within a global brand with strong support, we'd love to speak with you
What You'll Be Doing:
- Developing Client Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients across the Data/AI/Cyber spa
- Running a 360 Desk: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client briefing to candidate sourcing and offer management
- Growing Your Specialism: Become a trusted expert within the Data/AI/Cyber market, advising clients and candidates alike
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
- Revenue Growth: Build a sustainable, profitable desk with long-term client relationship
What We're Looking for:
- 4+ years experience in a 360-recruitment agency role (essential)
- Current experience recruiting within Data/AI/Cyber (preferred)
- A track record of billing and building client relationships.
- Confidence in business development and client conversations.
- A collaborative mindset and desire to be part of a high-performing team.
