Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Technical Recruiter, based in Cairo, Egypt, The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, identifying and engaging top technical talent, and conducting interviews. The role includes building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, sourcing candidates through various channels, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Experience and expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Technical Recruiting
• Strong skills in Recruiting and identifying technical roles aligned with organizational objectives
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with hiring teams and candidates
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate management platforms
• Ability to source and engage passive candidates effectively
• Proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably in the technology sector
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
