The job holder will be responsible for the development of the Company's external sales function including sales support and training, territory sales, and key account sales to meet the Company's business requirements. The job holder should be familiar with the following well intervention product lines: Wireline Pressure Control Equipment and Slickline/Thru Tubing Downhole Tools with an awareness of other product lines such as Titan Tools. Key objective is to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers and to increase Company revenue by developing business in the Middle East region.
- Continually and actively presenting and marketing the Company's services to existing and potential customers through direct communication in face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, emails and exhibition/trade shows
- Working within corporate strategies and policy frameworks, designs and implements sales strategies, guidelines and procedures within broad principles and policies to meet sales requirements supporting short and long-term business goals
- Developing and implementing territory and key account sales strategies aimed at strengthening the Company's market positions and profitability, identifies business opportunities, and pinpoints problem areas
- Developing and attaining key performance indicators for implemented sales strategies
- Maintaining coordination with integral Company functions and directing the flow of information of sales activities and transactions, including leads, contracts, global agreements etc.
- Ensuring connection between sales and marketing functions
- Must be able to answer technical queries from the customer using the resources of Engineering and other departments and assist in formulating formal quotations to the customer
- Responsible for formulating regular sales plans and attending regular sales meetings
- Using price lists that are available and generate new ones when required
- Taking a proactive role in developing customer relationships and gathering client information to allow the invention and development of new products to meet customers present and future needs
- Generating commercially viable quotations that meet the technical needs of the customer and the commercial needs of the Company

- Establishing self as a subject matter expert with customer and expert in designated technical/professional discipline

- Travel may be required on an ad hoc basis, so a degree of flexibility is required
- Ad hoc duties as reasonably required from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills And Experience
Essential:
- Degree in Business or Engineering discipline or demonstrable and extensive experience in a similar role
- Extensive and proven experience in a similar manufacturing and/or operational field role
- Experienced in Well Intervention manufacturing or operational field(s)
- Fluent in both English and Arabic and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding and knowledge of commercial sales processes
- A proven ability to identify, develop and convert market opportunities within the oil & gas sector
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office programmes & ERP system, ideally Microsoft D365
- UAE Driving License
- Must be willing to travel and able to spend time away from home
- Ability to build trust and good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
