We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to lead our sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background combined with proven sales expertise, enabling them to understand customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and convert leads into long-term business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend the right technical solutions.
  • Present product demonstrations, proposals, and technical insights to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance KPIs.
  • Lead negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract closures.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales support.
  • Train and support the sales team with technical knowledge when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in technical sales / B2B sales / solution selling.
  • Strong understanding of technical products, software, or industrial solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e.g., IT, SaaS, Engineering, Manufacturing.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification (preferred).
  • Existing network of industry contacts.
  • Knowledge of pricing models, proposal writing, and tender management.
