Job Accountabilities:
- Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team, responding to inquiries and explaining product details to clients.
- Assess customer requirements, propose suitable technical solutions, and recommend product configurations
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations that address client needs.
- Showcase the technical features and benefits of products to prospective customers
- Assist the sales team in developing customized proposals, RFIs, RFPs, and solution descriptions based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Meeting with clients to gather technical requirements and clarify their challenges, ensuring an in-depth understanding of their needs.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to improve product offerings based on client feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor offerings to ensure up-to-date product knowledge.
- Continuously improve technical knowledge and remain informed about product updates and innovations
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Certifications in pre-sales or technical sales are an advantage.
Experience:
4-6 years of experience in technical pre-sales or a similar role.
