Senior Technical Writer

Key Skills

• Develop content required to deploy systems designs, civil works, installation, integration of complex security systems
• Develop training content, user manual, and knowledge transfer content
• Provide, develop and deliver train-the-trainer sessions
• Develop methos statements, policies and quality control frameworks
• Develop technical write-ups for commercial proposals
• Provide overall project status report frameworks
• Translate complex technical and security concepts into accessible content for varied audiences
• Review and improve existing documentation for accuracy, completeness, and readability
• Manage documentation tools and platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Git-based systems)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5–8 years of experience in technical writing, with at least 3 years in cybersecurity or security programs
• Strong understanding of security concepts, including:
• Identity and access management (IAM)
• Proven ability to write clear, concise, and structured technical documentation
• Proficiency with documentation tools such as:
• Confluence, Markdown, Git, or similar platforms
