Reporting to the Technology and Market Director IMEA & LATAM, Kurita group is looking for a Senior Technology & Market Developer with experience in the water treatment industry. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, as well as a solid understanding of industrial water treatment and added value selling. Experience in international projects, teamwork and key accounts management is also essential. This hybrid or remote job might be located in a city with major international airport, anywhere in Southern or Central Europe, Trkiye or the GCC Region.

Key responsibilities:

  • High level support to sales teams at different commercial stages.
  • Lead and promote innovation in projects with the current and new customers based on corporate strategy: CSV technologies, DBOO projects for wastewater reuse, digital tool adoption (KC360 & CRM).
  • Support Sales Development team and support Kurita's strategy in the IMEA and LATAM regions across the different market segments (F&B, Steel, mining, Refinery & petrochemical, automotive).
  • Periodically visit IMEA & LATAM countries for on-site support of sales teams working with key accounts and major projects.
  • Lead & coordinate - with global teams and specialists if necessary- when high-technical level response is required by customers.

Job requirements:

  • University degree in Chemistry, Engineering or related.
  • 8+ years in Sales, Technical Support or Marketing within the water treatment industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of industrial water treatment (CW, BW, RO, WW, WWR).
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Highly developed communication skills. Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Managing challenging situations with customers kindly and effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and international teamworking skills.
  • A high degree of problem-solving orientation, flexibility and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel on business within the IMEA and LATAM regions (up to a few days).
  • Driving license class B.
  • Microsoft Office skills.
