Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in El Maadi for a Senior Tele-sales Representative. The role involves generating and following up on sales leads, building relationships with new and existing clients, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, providing product information, conducting outbound calls, and managing the sales pipeline efficiently. The Senior Tele-sales Representative will collaborate with the sales team and contribute to achieving the company's objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in building and maintaining customer relationships
- Experience with sales strategies, cold calling, and lead generation
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Prior experience in a similar tele-sales or customer-facing role is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of automotive protection products or a related industry is a plus
