Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Senior Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, promoting company products or services, and closing sales over the phone.

This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to handle objections, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The candidate should also have the ability to sell Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions, explaining product features, benefits, and value to potential clients.

The Senior Telesales Representative will also support the team by sharing best practices, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while contributing to overall sales growth.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Contact potential or existing customers via phone to promote company products or services.
  • Promote and sell SaaS solutions and software-based services to potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Explain product features, subscription models, and benefits of SaaS solutions to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Follow up with potential customers to close sales opportunities.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable SaaS products or solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams when needed to support product demonstrations or technical inquiries.

Educational Qualifications and Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, Sales Certifications, or SaaS Sales Training are a plus.

Experience
  • At least 2 year of experience in telesales, Software services, or SaaS sales.
  • Experience selling SaaS products, software solutions, or technology services is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in handling sales targets and KPIs.
  • Experience using CRM systems and working in call center or inside sales environments is preferred.

  • Very good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent Arabic communication skills.
