Position: Senior Tendering Risk Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tendering Risk Estimator to evaluate, analyze, and quantify risks associated with project tenders, ensuring accurate estimation and competitive yet profitable bids.
This role focuses on assessing technical, financial, and contractual risks within the tendering process and providing structured recommendations for risk treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review project tender documents to identify potential risks
- Analyze technical, financial, and contractual risks
- Maintain and manage tender risk registers
- Quantify risk impact on project costs
- Develop risk-adjusted cost estimates for bids
- Recommend risk treatment and allocation strategies
- Prepare comprehensive tender risk reports
- Present findings to management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Support continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in tendering, estimating, or project risk management
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, risk allocation, and cost estimation techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Professional certifications (RICS, AACE, PMI-RMP) are a plus
- Proficiency in CostX, Primavera, MS Project, or similar tools
- Strong analytical and risk assessment skills
- Ability to manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines
