Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior TIBCO Developer with 7+ years of experience, preferably within the telecommunications sector, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integration solutions using TIBCO technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW), EMS, and related TIBCO tools.
- Integrate telecom systems such as CRM, billing, provisioning, mediation, and network platforms.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
- Develop APIs, web services, and messaging-based integrations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
- Optimize performance and ensure high availability of integration services.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including business, operations, and infrastructure teams.
- Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in TIBCO development.
- Strong experience with TIBCO BW 5.x / 6.x, TIBCO EMS, and SOAP / REST APIs.
- Experience in telecom domain is a must.
- Knowledge of Oracle / SQL databases.
- Experience with XML, XSD, WSDL, JMS, and Web Services.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in telecom integration projects.
- Knowledge of DevOps / CI-CD tools is a plus.
