Position Objective
To execute high-value and complex securities transactions ensuring 100% adherence to market price limits, capital adequacy, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities (Technical & Senior Level)
A. Advanced Order Execution & Strategy
- Technical Execution: Execute buy and sell orders with precision, focusing on large-block trades and institutional orders.
- Order Strategy: Advise clients on execution strategies (e.g., VWAP, Limit Orders, or Market-on-Close) to minimize market impact and achieve the best execution price.
- Market Monitoring: Analyze real-time market depth, liquidity, and price volatility to time entries and exits effectively.
B. Client & Portfolio Oversight
- Portfolio Balance Check: Verify client cash positions and securities availability through the MCDR (Misr Clearing) interface before order entry.
- Margin Trading Management: Monitor clients margin levels (Buying Power) to ensure they remain within the firm's and the FRA's legal debt-to-equity ratios.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for premium clients, providing daily market briefings and execution reports.
C. Compliance & Risk Mitigation
- Pre-Trade Compliance: Ensure every order complies with price caps (Price Limits) and does not violate Market Manipulation rules (e.g., avoiding Wash Trades).
- Error Correction: Manage the Error Account procedures and coordinate with the Back Office to rectify any execution discrepancies.
- Regulatory Reporting: Assist the Trading Manager in preparing daily trading logs for the FRA and EGX surveillance departments.
- Continuity: Proving you have been a Registered Broker with an active code and license from the FRA throughout this period.
- Entity Type: This experience must be earned within a licensed brokerage company (Egyptian Joint Stock Company) authorized to trade on the EGX.
