Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Trainer-Zoho Applications to deliver basic, advanced, and technical-level training across Zoho's application ecosystem. This role focuses on training, configuration, customization, automation, and integrations, not on full-time software development.
The trainer will be responsible for enabling learners to configure, customize, and extend Zoho applications using built-in tools, scripting, and integrations, aligned with real-world business scenarios.

Advanced Customization & Integration Training Ownership
The trainer will own and deliver advanced customization and technical training (often referred to as Zoho's technical or extension capabilities) for the following applications:
- Zoho CRM
- Zoho Creator
- Zoho People
- Zoho Recruit
- Zoho Analytics
Scope of Advanced Training Includes:
- Writing and explaining Deluge scripts for automation and business logic
- Advanced workflows, validation rules, and approval processes
- Custom modules, forms, and reports
- API usage, webhooks, and third-party integrations
- Data modeling, role-based security, and performance optimization
- Debugging, deployment, and best-practice approaches
- Real-life case studies and hands-on lab exercises

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led training (classroom and virtual) across the Zoho Suite
- Conduct advanced and technical-level training sessions
- Design and maintain structured training programs aligned with the Zoho Suite matrix
- Develop training materials, labs, assessments, and use cases
- Mentor learners on advanced configuration and customization scenarios
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide post-training guidance
- Stay up to date with Zoho platform updates and new features
- Maintain training documentation, attendance, and feedback reports
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Systems, or a related field
- 36 years of hands-on experience with Zoho applications
- Proven experience delivering advanced application training
- Strong understanding of business workflows and system configuration
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Deluge scripting (advanced level)

Preferred Certifications
- Zoho CRM Certified Administrator
