HR Dept.] within [
Training and Development]. You will support [
Training and Saudization Activities]
How can you support us
- Identify Training needs through Job Analysis, Performance Reviews and Consultation with Managers.
- Coordinate and Schedule Internal and External Training Sessions.
- Evaluate the Effectiveness of Training Programs through Feedback and Performance Metrics.
- Manage the Training Budget and Maintain Training Records.
- Collaborate with Department Heads to align Training with Organizational Goals.
What are we looking for
Education: Bachelor / Master's Degree in: (
Business Administration or equivalent)
Background: (
2-4 years of experience) as a (
Training & Development)
Languages: English / Arabic
Technical Knowledge: Excel - Power Bi - Communication and Presentation Skills
What else should you know Some Travelling will be expected within (
Saudi)
