Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Travel Consultant, located in Heliopolis. The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, creating customized travel itineraries, and providing professional travel consulting services to clients. The role includes coordination of travel reservations, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring high-quality customer service throughout the travel planning process.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Proficiency in organizing Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Excellent Customer Service and client relationship management skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and technology
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A degree in Travel, Tourism, or a related field and prior experience in a similar role is preferred
