Reporting to: Chief Accountant

The role focuses on ensuring the company maintains strong liquidity, efficient cash flow management, and effective banking relationships to support business growth. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, strong financial insight, and the ability to optimize treasury processes while supporting the organization's financial stability and long-term success.

Lychee relies on both its manufacturing capabilities and brand recognition built over a decade to expand its retail operations seamlessly based on customer demand and to scale its existing presence in modern trade, traditional trade and quick commerce.

What will you be doing

  • Manage the company's overall cash flow planning, forecasting, and liquidity management to ensure sufficient funds for operations.
  • Oversee daily treasury operations, including bank transactions, payments, collections, and reconciliations.
  • Develop and implement treasury strategies and policies aligned with company financial objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions, including negotiating credit facilities and banking terms.
  • Monitor and manage short-term investments, credit lines, and working capital requirements.
  • Supervise and guide treasury staff while ensuring proper segregation of duties and internal controls.
  • Ensure timely execution of vendor payments, payroll funding, and intercompany transfers.
  • Prepare and present cash flow reports, treasury dashboards, and financial analysis to senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks related to liquidity, currency exposure, and interest rates.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulatory requirements, and internal audit standards.
  • Support finance leadership with budget planning, financing strategies, and capital structure decisions.
  • Continuously improve treasury processes, systems, and automation to increase efficiency.

What are we looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting
  • Minimum of 7 years of work experience in treasury or corporate finance experience, preferably, FMCG, Retail or Distribution sectors
  • Strong knowledge of cash management, banking operations, and financial risk management
  • Proven experience managing bank facilities, credit lines, and working capital optimization
  • Proficient user in ERP systems
  • Strong analytical, planning, and financial modeling skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
