Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Senior Treasury Specialist. The successful candidate will handle day-to-day treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and banking relationships. Responsibilities include managing financial risks, overseeing payments and reconciliation processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal controls. The role also involves optimizing investment strategies, analyzing cash positions, preparing detailed financial reports, and improving treasury systems and policies to align with industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Solid financial management skills, including cash flow forecasting, fund allocation, and liquidity analysis
• Expertise in risk management and financial compliance, with knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities, especially in dealing with banks and financial institutions
• Proficiency in financial systems, treasury management software, and data analysis tools
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
• Relevant experience in corporate treasury roles, with a proven track record in managing treasury operations
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications such as CFA, CTP, or ACCA are advantageous
• Familiarity with the Middle East financial market and business environment is preferred
