We are looking for a visionary Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of our next-generation online platforms, intelligent data directories, and AI-powered digital products. This role requires a designer who thinks beyond traditional UI/UXsomeone who can shape adaptive interfaces, data-driven user journeys, conversational interactions, and future-ready experiences powered by artificial intelligence.
You will work closely with product, engineering, AI/ML teams, and business stakeholders to transform complex datasets and emerging technologies into intuitive, human-centered, and scalable solutions
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead End-to-End UX for Intelligent Platforms
- Own the full UX lifecycle: research, discovery, journey mapping, prototyping, testing, and refinement.
- Translate complex data structures and AI capabilities into clear information architectures.
- Design dynamic user journeys that adapt to user behavior and AI-driven personalization.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate behavioral insights into product iterations.
2. Design Future-Proof User Interfaces
- Create modern, scalable, and responsive interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive design system aligned with AI and modular platform requirements.
- Produce high-fidelity visual designs, prototypes, and interaction patterns.
- Ensure best practices in accessibility, clarity, and visual hierarchy across all products.
3. AI-Powered Experience Design
- Work with AI engineers to define AI behavior, UX requirements, and model-driven interaction rules.
- Design experiences featuring:
- Predictive search and intelligent recommendations
- Conversational interfaces (chat, voice, hybrid)
- Smart dashboards and real-time analytics
- Auto-generated content and adaptive layouts
- Incorporate explainable AI (XAI) concepts such as confidence indicators, explanations, and user controls.
- Ensure user trust and ethical interaction with AI-based systems.
4. Data & Information Architecture
- Organize large-scale data directories and multi-level taxonomies.
- Design effective data visualizations, charts, maps, and intelligent filtering systems.
- Optimize navigation systems for platforms with deep metadata, integrations, and dynamic content.
5. Collaboration & Leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops with product, engineering, content, and AI teams.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team skill development.
- Communicate design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive a culture of user-centered design across the organization.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
- 510+ years of experience designing digital platforms, SaaS products, or data-heavy systems.
- Experience with AI-powered applications, personalization systems, or smart interfaces.
Technical Skills
- Expert proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
- Strong command of:
- Information architecture
- Wireframing and prototyping
- UX research and usability testing
- Design systems and component libraries
- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS frameworks) to collaborate effectively with development teams.
- Strong portfolio showcasing AI-integrated workflows, dashboards, data visualization, and modern design aesthetics.
