Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end UI/UX solutions for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to identify user needs and pain points.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Translate business and functional requirements into clear and usable design solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Backend, Mobile, and QA teams.
- Ensure consistency with design standards, accessibility, and usability best practices.
- Support developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and business priorities.
- Participate in design activities across the system development lifecycle (SDLC).
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
- Strong experience in user-centered design for digital products.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma or similar).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
