Objective:

Responsible for creating seamless interactions between users and websites, ensuring that users can easily accomplish their goals and find the information they need.

Responsibilities

Assisting in the creation of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, Contributing to the development of user flows, information architecture, and interaction design.
Implementing UI design tools like Adobe XD or Figma, ensuring pixel-perfect execution and responsiveness across different devices and browsers.
Strong knowledge of such vector graphics editors, Adobe XD, as Figma or Sketch.
Collaborating with front-end developers to integrate UI elements with client-side functionality.
Conducting user research activities such as usability testing, user interviews, and surveys to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Assisting in analyzing user feedback and translating it into actionable design improvements.
Adhering to established UI/UX guidelines and design systems to maintain consistency and brand identity across products, Contributing to documenting UI patterns and style guides.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Business analysts, product owners, product growth, designers, developers, and product managers to successfully implement UI/UX designs. Participating in design reviews and providing constructive feedback.
Report project/task status to the product design lead/ principal.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in computer science or any relevant fields.
5-7 years of experience as Senior UI-UX designer, preferably within fintech sector.
Proficient in mentoring junior designers and lead design initiatives effectively.
Proficient in aligning design decisions with business objectives and user needs.
Proficient in advanced design tools and techniques (e.g., Figma, prototyping, animation).
Proficient in solving complex design challenges with creative solutions.
Good understanding of user needs and integrate them into the design process.
Proficient in creating and managing scalable design systems.
Proficient in presenting and defending their design choices to stakeholders.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
