Role Overview
The Senior UI/UX Designer will lead the design of user-centered, data-driven experiences across the client's web and mobile products. The role involves close collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, and key stakeholders to translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.
This position requires strong UX expertise, mature UI design skills, and the ability to balance business objectives with user needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design from research and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and final designs
- Translate complex product requirements into intuitive and user-friendly experiences
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations
- Create user flows, journey maps, information architecture, and interaction designs
- Design high-fidelity UI screens and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
- Mentor junior designers and provide design direction and constructive feedback
- Maintain and evolve the design system and UX standards
- Advocate user-centered design principles across the organization
- Use analytics and user feedback to continuously improve product usability
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, problem-solving, and design impact
- Expertise in UX research, interaction design, and usability testing
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing SaaS or B2B products
- Familiarity with workflow-heavy, booking, or marketplace platforms
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript)
- Experience with data-driven and experimentation-based design
