Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Senior UX Designer. The Senior UX Designer will lead efforts to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, analyze and conduct user research, and develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive experiences. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent design execution and help drive user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Design Thinking and the ability to apply a user-centric approach to design challenges
- Proficiency in User Research to gather insights and identify user needs and preferences
- Experience in Visual Design and User Experience (UX) principles to craft visually cohesive and accessible interfaces
- Skilled in using Prototyping tools to create interactive, testable designs
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams
- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design is a plus
