Kamani Living is a modern luxury real estate brand founded by Umar Kamani. We are building a culturally relevant, design-led brokerage that prioritises storytelling, personal branding, and premium content across digital, social, and experiential platforms.

Our in-house media team plays a critical role in how the brand is perceived. We are looking for a Senior Video & Photo Editor who can deliver polished, high-impact edits at speed, while maintaining consistent brand quality across all outputs.

Role Overview

The Senior Video & Photo Editor is responsible for editing high-quality video and photo content for Kamani Living's brand, brokers, campaigns, and events. This role requires strong editing judgment, pacing, colour sense, and platform awareness, especially across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and paid media.

You will work closely with videographers, photographers, designers, and the marketing team to ensure all content feels *premium, consistent, and on-brand*.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Editing

Edit short-form and long-form video content for:

* Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn

* Paid ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)

* Brand campaigns and launches

* Broker personal branding content

* Event recaps and lifestyle content

* Apply clean pacing, music selection, captions, transitions, and sound design

* Ensure edits are optimised for each platform (aspect ratios, hooks, captions, duration)

• Photo Editing

* Retouch and colour-grade photos for:

* Broker portraits and lifestyle shoots

* Property and interior photography

* Events and brand campaigns

* Maintain a consistent visual look aligned with Kamani Living's brand guidelines

* Prepare images for digital, social, and print use

• Quality & Workflow

* Maintain high editing standards while meeting tight deadlines

* Organise files, timelines, presets, and exports for team efficiency

* Collaborate closely with designers and content managers to ensure visual cohesion

* Review and refine edits based on feedback without compromising quality

* Support junior editors when needed and help raise overall output quality

Required Skills & Tools

Advanced proficiency in:

* Adobe Premiere Pro

* Adobe After Effects

* Adobe Photoshop

* Adobe Lightroom

* Strong understanding of:

* Colour grading and visual consistency

* Music selection and sound design

* Captions, subtitles, and on-screen text

* Experience using *AI-powered tools* to improve speed and efficiency

(e.g. Auto-captioning tools, music libraries, asset platforms, enhancement tools)

Requirements:

* 46+ years of professional video and photo editing experience

* Strong portfolio showcasing social-first, brand, and lifestyle content

* Experience editing content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

* Strong attention to detail and visual taste aligned with luxury branding

* Ability to take ownership and work independently as part of a creative team
