We're looking for a senior, multi-skilled visual expert who combines cinematic videography, advanced editing, motion graphics, and AI-driven workflows to create content that stands out in Dubai's competitive real estate space.

This role goes beyond shooting listings you'll help shape how the brand looks, moves, and evolves.

You will lead end-to-end visual production across property showcases, agent branding, and corporate campaigns. Working closely with leadership, sales, and marketing, you'll translate high-value properties and people into compelling visual stories optimised for digital performance.

Visual Production & Storytelling

• Capture high-quality photo and video content for luxury properties, developments, and lifestyle branding
• Execute cinematic property walkthroughs, reels, short-form social content, and long-form video
• Maintain consistent premium visual standards aligned with HEAVEN.s brand positioning

Pre-Production & Execution

• Plan and manage shoots end-to-end: location setup, lighting, staging, camera movement, and framing
• Coordinate efficiently with CEO's, Head of Marketing, Sales Agents, and HR to meet timelines

Editing, Motion & AI-Driven Workflows

• Advanced post-production using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop & Lightroom
• Create motion graphics, titles, transitions, and branded animations
• Leverage AI tools for:
• Video enhancement and upscaling
• Faster editing workflows
• Captioning, social optimisation, and creative experimentation

Digital & Platform Optimisation

• Optimise content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, and paid campaigns
• Stay ahead of trends in real estate video, social formats, and visual storytelling

• Proven senior-level experience in videography & photography (Marketing Agency or Real Estate industry experience is strongly preferred)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating:
• Cinematic videography
• Advanced editing
• Motion graphics and branded animations
• High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom)
• Confident handling of DSLR / mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting equipment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, sales, and leadership teams
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple shoots and deadlines simultaneously
• Tech-savvy mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance editing workflows, productivity, and content optimisation
• Strong understanding of visual branding, content performance, and platform optimisation
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable in meeting agreed timelines
• UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle is an advantage
