Senior Visual Designer

The Senior Visual Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and implementing design solutions that meet client requirements from concept to completion. The role necessitates strategic and high-level conceptualizing capabilities along with creative thinking skills in order to produce impactful creative assets.

The Senior Visual Designer conceptualizes and creates innovative designs for a variety of projects spanning events, campaigns, product launches, web/digital assets and internal programs right through to execution and produces a wide range of creative work including print/digital assets, PowerPoint presentations, EDM campaigns, technical diagrams and mockups, and infographics.

He/She innovates and elevates the visual design system, developing new ideas and formulating artistic rationale to support creative concepts and direction, manages the strategic design projects and develops end-to-end online and offline visual and brand guidelines for clients.

Experience and Skills Required:

The Senior Visual Designer should have:

• A degree in graphic design
• 5+ years of graphic design experience
• Designing expertise and experience across all mediums with an in-depth understanding of the creative design process
• An excellent and diverse creative/design portfolio
• Strong communication and client interaction skills
• High level of proficiency in design software and applications such as Adobe Creative Suite, in particular: InDesign and Photoshop
• Advanced level of expertise in CSS and Microsoft Office Suite
