Senior VOIP Engineer

Golden Technology is currently seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Avaya VoIP Engineer to Join our team, As a system integrator delivering enterprise-grade communication solutions,

we are looking for a candidate with hands-on experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of Avaya voice system

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and commission Avaya VOIP systems, including Avaya Aura, IP Office, Communication Manager, Session Manager, Avaya Messaging and CMS

Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot VoIP infrastructure, ensuring high availability

Perform routine maintenance, updates, and upgrades for Avaya telephony infrastructure

Monitor system performance, identify faults, and perform corrective actions to ensure high availability

Collaborate effectively with clients, management, and team members to deliver top-notch solutions.

Utilize your expertise in AVAYA ACD, CTI, IVR, voicemail, and PBX programming to enhance system performance.

Provide second- and third-level technical support to resolve incidents and service requests related to Avaya system Conduct on-site or remote support for client deployments and troubleshooting

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunication, or related field

3 to 5 years of proven experience in implementing and supporting Avaya voice solutions

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

Strong knowledge of networking

Avaya Telephony certifications are highly recommended.

Experience in AVAYA ACD, CTI, IVR, voicemail, and PBX programming

Ability to work independently and handle client-facing responsibilities professionally.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
