Job Overview
As a Senior Wealth Manager at Emirates NBD, your role is to guide and drive growth in Wealth Management Business with the support of Wealth Advisors operating with their respective relationship managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting Advisors in Identify and convert new business opportunities within existing and prospective clients
- Guiding Advisors in developing and executing business growth strategies aligned with overall business growth objectives.
- Strengthen partnerships between the Advisory and Relationship Manager Team to achieve common business objectives
- Work closely with Advisors & RMs from the relevant team to ensure Wealth Revenue is delivered
- Supporting Advisors in delivering complex investment solutions and strategies to ultra-high net worth clients
- Participate in hiring Advisors
- Supporting Advisors as and when required in assessing and evaluate client risk profiles on an ongoing basis
- Supporting Advisors Identify appropriate products from the range of available solutions
- Regularly review and mentoring Advisors on their performance on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Role involves managing a team across Affluent, Emerging Affluent domains, as well as, Piority Banking Virtual Relationship Managers
Skills And Experience
- BA/MA in finance-related field
- Minimum 7 years financial experience
- Minimum 5 years of Investment experience
- 3+ years banking experience with investment bias
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of the product and services, associated charges / fees, legal provisions, and their delivery process. Able to act as a source of guidance for interpreting or clarifying the features and pricing structure. Able to make suggestion for improving the products / services
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of the various dimensions of the market / industry. Extensive experience in investment and products with a sound knowledge of equity and bond market, unit trusts and other personal investment services. Able to apply this understanding in business analysis and planning
- Possesses specialist knowledge and skills required for providing solutions in a variety of situations at a tactical or operational level. Has a solid understanding of the bedrock financial theory
- Understand procedures for Securities Dealing & Forex trades, via Treasury dealers (within delegations)
- Experience in managing a team
