Senior Web Designer

At Eleven Creative Strategy, we are seeking an experienced UI/UX and Website Designer with a strong, brand-led portfolio demonstrating high-quality website and landing page design. This role requires someone who understands both aesthetics and usability, a brand-focussed designer who can translate brand strategies and identities into visually compelling, immersive and conversion-focused digital experiences.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Designing modern, high-performing landing pages and full websites

- Creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes

- Developing UI systems aligned with brand identity guidelines

- Designing web-based animations and interactive elements

- Collaborating closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation

- Maintaining visual consistency across digital touchpoints

- Contributing creative ideas during strategy and concept development

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX and Web Design

- Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and modern web standards

- Strong portfolio showcasing landing pages, websites, and digital campaigns

- High proficiency inFigmaandPrototyping

- Command onLottiefiles animations

- Advanced command ofAdobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD)

- Comfortable working onmacOS systems

- Strong visual sensibility, typography skills, and attention to detail

It would be a strong advantage if you have a working knowledge of HTML and CSS, including a solid understanding of modern layout systems such as CSS Grid and Flexbox. Familiarity with how designs translate into front-end development is highly valued, as it helps ensure practical, implementation-ready solutions. An understanding of web performance, accessibility standards,along with the ability to design with development feasibility and responsive behavior in mind.
