Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, manage, and migrate Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 environments.
- Implement, manage, and migrate Active Directory Domain Services, Microsoft Entra Connect, ADFS, and File Servers.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server infrastructure to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy (GPO).
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime.
- Apply security patches and updates regularly.
- Perform backups and support disaster recovery and failover processes.
- Ensure server security, scalability, and data integrity.
- Work closely with network teams and vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Provide user support and maintain proper system documentation.
- Support infrastructure projects as assigned by management.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Windows System Administrator.
- Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and Azure services.
- Good knowledge of DNS, DHCP, GPO, and basic networking (TCP/IP, VPN, Firewalls).
- Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V or VMware).
- Experience in data center consolidation or relocation is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Microsoft certifications are preferred.
- Cloud certifications (OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP) are a plus.
