Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Account Manager specializing in Advertising Agencies, located in Qesm Heliopolis. The Senior Account Manager will oversee client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and act as the primary point of contact. Responsibilities include strategizing client campaigns, coordinating with creative and production teams, managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables, and developing pitches to secure new business opportunities. The Senior Account Manager will also analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and delivering advertising solutions
• Strong Project Management, Budget Management, and Campaign Strategy skills
• Excellent communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Experience in utilizing marketing and CRM tools, as well as digital platforms associated with advertising agencies
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A track record of working collaboratively with creative, production, and strategy teams
• Knowledge of advertising trends and industry standards is a strong advantage
