Role Objective:
We are seeking a skilled SEO Specialist to manage all SEO, PPC, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads activities for the company. This is an execution‑focused role responsible for driving online visibility, lead generation, and campaign performance. The specialist will work under the direction and guidance of the Commercial Director, who will set priorities and strategic direction.
Key Accountabilities:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Execute SEO strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
- Improve organic rankings, website visibility, and lead generation.
- Ensure technical, on‑page, and off‑page SEO best practices are implemented
Paid Advertising (PPC)
- Deliver strong ROI and high‑quality leads through Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Optimize campaigns through testing, targeting, and performance adjustments.
Analytics & Reporting
- Provide accurate, data‑driven insights and performance reports to the Commercial Director.
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and campaign metrics to support decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization (SEO Execution)
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Perform on‑page and off‑page optimization for key pages and content.
- Optimize landing pages, blogs, and website content for search performance.
- Identify and coordinate resolution of technical SEO issues with the development team.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to monitor and improve performance.
Paid Advertising (Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads)
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing).
- Plan, set up, and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns targeting corporate decision‑makers.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Monitor daily performance and adjust campaigns to meet KPIs and ROI targets.
Content & Collaboration
- Work with content and design teams to create SEO‑optimized landing pages and ad creatives.
- Provide keyword and SEO insights to support content planning and website updates.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all digital campaigns.
- Support the commercial team with digital insights that enhance lead generation and conversion.
Analytics, Reporting & Insights
- Analyse traffic, conversions, and campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for the Commercial Director.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends relevant to SEO and paid media.
- Recommend improvements to enhance website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
Coordination & Execution Support
- Coordinate with external vendors or agencies when required for specific campaigns or tools.
- Ensure all digital activities comply with brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Assist in implementing digital initiatives and experiments as directed by the Commercial Director.
Skills & Attributes

- Proficiency in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, and other analytics platforms.
- Ability to identify market and algorithm trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) is an advantage.
Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in SEO and PPC campaign management.
- Experience in the UAE market and/or corporate services industry is preferred.
- Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or digital marketing are an added advantage.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation.
