POSITION: SERVER AND FIREWALL ENGINEER

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Industry / Product Experience: Desktop OS : Windows 7 to Windows 10. Apple MAC OSX latest versions.
Server OS: Windows Server 2008 to 2019.
Firewalls: Fortigate, Sonicwall.
PABX: 3cx, Dlink, Avaya.
AMC: Managed IT Services.
Endpoint Security: Acronis, SentinelOne.
Backups: Veeam, Acronis.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitoring and Patching all the server
Troubleshooting and Resolving Desktop, Printer, Server, Network , Security
Related Issues :
Managing and Maintaining backups
Ensure 100% uptime of Server
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Email Platform, OneDrive,
SharePoint, MS Teams and ability to solve any issues in above technologies.
Handling and supporting tickets raised by customers and resolve them
promptly and efficiently and as per committed SLA Response and Resolution Times.
Reporting & maintaining Network diagrams and all the documentation of clients.
Willing to work at any stage in organization
Qualifications:
Any Graduate - Any Specialization
Certification: MCSE Additional: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE R&S (Optional)
Experience and Expertise (Minimum Required):
Fluent in English verbal conversation skills, Email writing skills
Efficient time management skills and the ability to multitask
Ability to operate at all levels within the organization
Should have strong knowledge of server 2016, 2019
Vmware and Hyper-V
Client operating system Win 7/8/10
Apple MacOS
Microsoft Office 2010 to latest version
Microsoft Office 365 Administration and Troubleshooting.
VPN IPSEC & SSL
FortiGate, SonicWALL Firewall
RMM Monitoring Tools Like SyncroMSP, Atera, Spiceworks, etc.

Windows updates & Patch management
