JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced
Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring exceptional customer service and accurate communication of technical information.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their service needs professionally.
- Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines for repairs and maintenance.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain clear and detailed records of customer interactions and service orders.
- Upsell additional services and products when appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Language: Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
- Education: Technical background in automotive engineering or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Skills:
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Other:
- Valid driving license.
- Knowledge of bodyshop operations is a plus.
Preferred Attributes:
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with automotive service software and systems.
