Role Description
The Service Advisor is a full-time on-site role based in Shuwaikh. The role involves acting as a vital point of contact for customers, addressing their service needs, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. Daily responsibilities include scheduling service appointments, assessing vehicle issues, providing accurate repair estimations, and coordinating with the service team to ensure timely and efficient repairs. The Service Advisor is also responsible for maintaining excellent customer relations and promoting services to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
