Role Description

The Service Advisor is a full-time on-site role based in Shuwaikh. The role involves acting as a vital point of contact for customers, addressing their service needs, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. Daily responsibilities include scheduling service appointments, assessing vehicle issues, providing accurate repair estimations, and coordinating with the service team to ensure timely and efficient repairs. The Service Advisor is also responsible for maintaining excellent customer relations and promoting services to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills to clearly explain repairs and manage client expectations.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience as a Service Advisor or Parts Coordinator in Kuwait.
  • Knowledge of automotive systems, components, and repair processes.
  • Organizational and multitasking skills to manage appointments and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using service management software and basic office applications.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail for accurately diagnosing customer concerns and providing repair estimates.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, ideally in the automotive industry.
  • Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong Communication Skills (English/ Hindi/ Arabic)
  • Immediate joiners preferred
