Job Context:
Working as Service Center Operations Manager entails overseeing daily branch operations and leading high-performing teams to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
- Communication with team members, supervisors, or clients to ensure smooth operations
- Preparing KPI reports, operational dashboards, and presentations for senior management
- Execution of operational improvement initiatives and projects within specified timelines
- Handling escalated operational issues and implementing solutions to enhance service quality
- Recruiting, training, and mentoring branch staff to maintain high service standards
- Coordinating with internal departments to streamline processes and improve customer experience
- Implementing quality assurance initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulations
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Branch / Service Center Operations Manager within the digital services, telecom, or multi-branch customer-facing operations industry
- Strong knowledge of multi-branch operations management, ERP systems, and quality management frameworks
- Strong knowledge of branch operations, ERP systems, and quality management frameworks
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in KPI monitoring, reporting, and performance optimization
- Ability to handle escalations and lead process improvement initiatives effectively
