  • 35 years Service Desk experience in enterprise environment
  • Experience using ServiceNow ITSM platform
  • Strong understanding of ITIL v4 principles
  • Experience in SLA-driven environment
  • Exposure to regulated or financial services / trading environment preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting methodology

Desirable

  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • Experience supporting ETRM or trading systems
  • Experience in energy, financial services or oil & gas sectors
  • Knowledge of identity governance and access controls
