- Experience in SLA-driven environment
- Exposure to regulated or financial services / trading environment preferred
- Strong troubleshooting methodology
Desirable
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Experience supporting ETRM or trading systems
- Experience in energy, financial services or oil & gas sectors
- Knowledge of identity governance and access controls
