Job Summary:
We are seeking a Service Desk Officer to provide technical support to business users across the organization. The role involves hardware and software support, troubleshooting, and conducting field visits to company branches when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for PCs, laptops, hardware, and software.
- Install and configure software including Operating Systems, Microsoft Office & Outlook, Antivirus software, and other business applications in compliance with IT policies.
- Install and maintain hardware including PC setup and maintenance, printers and scanners installation, driver installation, and printer ink replacement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues including (operating system errors, Microsoft Office issues, disk recovery, virus and antivirus-related issues, login and system access problems).
- Conduct field visits to company branches to provide on-site technical support when required.
- Ensure all support activities are aligned with IT policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Service Desk or IT Support.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Diploma in Networking or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
