TAAM is hiring a talented Candidates to work as a Service Digital Innovation Engineer in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary L1/L2 technical support contact, diagnosing and resolving issues related to digital health platforms.
  • Monitor system performance using observability tool (like Dynatrace or Zabbix) to proactively track the performance of servers, network infrastructure, and critical applications, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Troubleshoot integration and data exchange issues between digital platforms and EHR/HIS systems.
  • Support installation, configuration, system updates, and deployment of application patches.
  • Provide clear, user-friendly technical support and training to both clinical staff and patients on the effective use of digital health tools (e.g., remote patient monitoring setup, virtual consultation interfaces).
  • Maintain knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and incident documentation to improve support efficiency and user self-service capabilities.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access logs for clinical applications.
  • Triage complex or critical issues to senior engineering, development, or third-party vendor teams, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution tracking.
  • Ensure all support activities comply with healthcare data privacy and security standards.
  • Undertake any additional duties assigned by management.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or related field
  • Preferred certifications: CompTIA Network+, ITIL, Microsoft/OCI certifications
  • 24 years of experience in technical support, application support, or system administration (healthcare preferred)

Languages:

  • Arabic and English professional proficiency.
