Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary L1/L2 technical support contact, diagnosing and resolving issues related to digital health platforms.
- Monitor system performance using observability tool (like Dynatrace or Zabbix) to proactively track the performance of servers, network infrastructure, and critical applications, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Troubleshoot integration and data exchange issues between digital platforms and EHR/HIS systems.
- Support installation, configuration, system updates, and deployment of application patches.
- Provide clear, user-friendly technical support and training to both clinical staff and patients on the effective use of digital health tools (e.g., remote patient monitoring setup, virtual consultation interfaces).
- Maintain knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and incident documentation to improve support efficiency and user self-service capabilities.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access logs for clinical applications.
- Triage complex or critical issues to senior engineering, development, or third-party vendor teams, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution tracking.
- Ensure all support activities comply with healthcare data privacy and security standards.
- Undertake any additional duties assigned by management.
Key Accountabilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or related field
- Preferred certifications: CompTIA Network+, ITIL, Microsoft/OCI certifications
- 24 years of experience in technical support, application support, or system administration (healthcare preferred)
Languages:
- Arabic and English professional proficiency.
