Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for inspecting and diagnosing equipment issues, conducting routine maintenance and repairs on laser cutting and welding machines, and providing technical support to clients. The role also involves performing on-site troubleshooting, ensuring the effective functioning of machinery, and sells of consumables.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and identifying equipment issues efficiently
• Experience with Service operations, including on-site machinery inspections and repairs
• Expertise in offering Technical Support and resolving technical inquiries
• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of laser cutting and welding machinery
• Knowledge of advanced metal processing machinery is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on-site
