Job Description: Service Specialist / Service Engineer / Service Technician
Position Overview
The Service Specialist/Engineer/Technician is responsible for providing high‑quality technical support, maintenance, and customer service for concrete machinery and related equipment. This role ensures efficient machine operation, supports spare parts sales, and collaborates closely with the sales and service teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the receiving, delivery, inspection, maintenance, and servicing of concrete machinery and equipment.
- Conduct customer visits, follow up on service pipelines, and support the achievement of spare parts sales targets.
- Perform machine debugging, collect technical service information, and prepare accurate service reports.
- Manage inventory, including spare parts handling, stock monitoring, and documentation.
- Provide operation guidance and technical training to customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support business development and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- College degree or above; major in Mechanical Engineering or related fields is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in after‑sales service, mechanical maintenance, or spare parts sales.
- Strong willingness to collaborate with an international team and maintain a positive, proactive work attitude.
- Hands‑on skills in diagnosing and repairing hydraulic, electrical, and chassis‑related faults are preferred.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
- Possession of a valid driving license is preferred.
