Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
- Process warranty claims, returns, and repairs in coordination with service centers.
- Work closely with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely replacement or repair of products.
- Monitor and analyze after-sales data to improve customer service and product quality.
- Maintain records of service requests, complaints, and resolutions for reporting purposes.
- Assist in developing after-sales policies and procedures to enhance customer experience.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Support the sales team by providing insights from customer feedback and product issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in aftersales, customer service, or technical support, preferably in consumer electronics or home appliances.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (Hindi, Arabic, etc.) are a plus.
- Problem-solving ability with a customer-centric approach.
- Knowledge of warranty policies, repairs, and product troubleshooting is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM software and service management tools.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Customer Service, or a related field is preferred.
