Zoomlion is seeking a skilled Service Supervisor to oversee service operations, manage technical teams, and ensure high-quality service delivery for our machinery products across Riyadh. The role requires strong leadership, customer focus, and hands-on experience in service or technical operations in Saudi Arabia.
About the Role
The Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising daily service operations for machinery and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily service operations for machinery and equipment.
- Lead, coordinate, and mentor the service team to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor and maintain service standards, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Respond to customer service requests, complaints, and technical issues promptly.
- Coordinate with technical teams, parts department, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain service records, reports, and documentation as required.
- Assist in planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules for machinery.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
Qualifications
- Arabic Language is Mandatory
- Proven experience in service supervision or technical team management, preferably in machinery or heavy equipment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical or agricultural machinery is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage a team, coordinate service activities, and handle customer relations.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel within Riyadh and other regions in KSA as required.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Familiarity with Saudi Labor Law and workplace safety regulations.
Required Skills
