ServiceNow - Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze business needs, processes, and objectives
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather detailed requirements and opportunities for improvement
• Work closely with the ServiceNow development team to design functional solutions that meet business needs
• Create functional specifications, user stories, and workflows, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams, providing updates and gathering feedback
• Develop test plans, conduct UAT, create training materials, and ensure solutions comply with organizational standards and policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years working with ServiceNow or similar platforms
• Experience in process analysis, requirements gathering, and designing enterprise-scale solutions
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM) and platform capabilities (workflows, forms, integrations)
• Knowledge of business process automation and optimisation in enterprise domains (IT, HR, General Services, Procurement, etc.)
