About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Arabic and English, with hands-on experience in ServiceNow modules, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into effective platform solutions and work closely with stakeholders, developers, and platform owners to drive successful ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, etc.).
- Translate business processes into functional specifications and user stories for ServiceNow development.
- Work with ServiceNow developers and architects to validate solutions and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Support configuration, testing (UAT/SIT), and rollout of new ServiceNow features and enhancements.
- Conduct workshops and discovery sessions with business units to identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
- Maintain documentation including process flows, requirements, and release notes.
- Ensure governance, best practices, and compliance with ServiceNow standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 49 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2+ years focused on ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of core ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities.
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for ServiceNow.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
