Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced ServiceNow Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design ServiceNow solutions.
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.
- Conduct training sessions for users and provide documentation.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and new features to optimize usage.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and administration.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and scripting.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management.
