- Design and develop advanced ServiceNow solutions
- Develop and customize applications using JavaScript and ServiceNow frameworks
- Implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
- Work on modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and CSM
- Develop Service Portal and custom UI components
- Implement HRSD and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions
- Collaborate with architects and project managers to deliver scalable solutions
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
Required Skills
- 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Advanced JavaScript knowledge
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations

- App Engine

- Knowledge of ITIL concepts
